RIGHT PATHWAY will charge the client a DEPOSIT or AGREED amount prior to starting the RPL service - There is no charge for the skills assessment check.

When you can cancel a service:
If you have a problem with a service that can’t be fixed within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract.

Refunds are generally not available unless:
RIGHT PATHWAY is unable to deliver a service for which a client has paid fees;
The client has paid to RIGHT PATHWAY an amount greater than the services displayed on the client’s account at the time when the learner has chosen to take up the service;
The service is not delivered within a reasonable time when there is an agreed end date;
Genuine evidence to state that RIGHT PATHWAY was completely and wholly at fault;
Where a client has paid to RIGHT PATHWAY an amount greater than the service fee, RIGHT PATHWAY will refund the amount, which is the difference between the service fee and the amount paid by the client.

Circumstances in which a refund will generally NOT be granted include:
• Changing your mind / Incorrect choice / Cancelling your service / Financial hardship / Employer or organization not accepting a government-recognized course / Unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of a relevant service.
*Any other reason a learner provides as a ground for refund will be assessed by RIGHT PATHWAY on a case-by-case basis. Where refunds are approved, such refunds will also require the cancellation of any certificates or other documentation issued in relation to the service being refunded.

Kindly note that our agencies and affiliated companies, who are referred to us only, are accountable for gathering all necessary documents and evidence, as well as determining the final outcome for each qualification applied for by our clients. Right Pathway operates on a shared business platform with our referred agencies and affiliated companies, with the sole purpose of introducing clients to the agencies and affiliated companies or our B2B partners (education agents) who have agreements with RTOs. Each RTO partner or B2B agent has complete control over the provision of documents/evidence and the final outcome for each RPL qualification we refer.
